This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to assign the land in R.S.No.231/1 for the purpose of allotting house sites under the scheme of Navaratnalu to an extent of Ac.2.00 cents, which was leased to the petitioners’ society long back and trying to dispossess the Members of the Society without following the due process of law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter affidavit of the 4th respondent submits that the subject land is classified as Mandabayalu, only an extent of Ac.1.00 cent was proposed for distribution of the house sites and the remaining land is not touched. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in R.S.No.231/1 of Mulastanam Jonnada Village, Alamuru Mandal, East Godavari District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted, for any public purpose and if the petitioners are otherwise found to be in possession of the same, they shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with law, by giving due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned including the petitioners. Any dispossession from the subject land shall not be made except by following the due process of law. 4 HBKM,J W.P.No.8647 of 2020 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
