Lakshmi Narayana Advocates for Respondents CORAM :THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI DATE : 11th February 2025 PC : We have heard learned counsel for the appellant. 2. It appears that the main grievance of the appellant is that even when he was a necessary party but was not impleaded in the Writ Petition bearing No. 1275 of 2025, in which, the learned single Judge, by virtue of order, dated 20.01.2025, has ordered the respondents not to take any coercive steps against the petitioners in the said petition. The appellant before us claims to be the owner of the property in question who was not in possession. 2 HCJ & RCJ W.A.No.75 of 2025 I < 3. Since the order impugned is only an interim order, the appellant before us can as well approach the learned single Judge with an appropriate application with a prayer to implead him as a party respondent in the writ petition and raise all possible grounds. This Writ Appeal is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. 4. Consequently, connected miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. Sd/- K.
