1. This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner challenging the transfer
order dated 03.06.2025 (Annexure-P/1), by which, he has been transferred from Govt. Middle School Sanginkachar, Block Dongargarh to Govt. Middle School Churiya Ignite, Block Churiya, under the garb of rationalization. DEEPTI JHA Digitally signed by DEEPTI JHA

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been educated in a Hindi Medium School, whereas he has been transferred to an English Medium School, which may create difficulties for him in teaching English Medium students. He would further submit that at the time of counseling, though no vacancies were shown at the District Level, but the same were shown at the Commissioner Level. It is further submitted that vacancy for Mathematics is lying vacant in other nearby institutions, therefore, he prays that the respondent authorities may be directed to consider and decide his representation, which has already been filed by him and subsequently, accommodate him at a nearby place of posting.
3. State counsel has no objection with regard to the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.
4. Considering the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to pursue his representation already filed before the respondent authorities.
5. In view of above, this Petition stands disposed of. Sd/-
