The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying therein for quashing the order dated 07.07.2017 whereby the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment has been rejected on the ground that name of the father of the petitioner does not appear in the service record of mother of the petitioner.
2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application may be disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for settlement of disputed question of facts.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not have any objection.
4. Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, admittedly in the ground for rejection given in the impugned order dated 07.07.2017 there are certain factual disputes which cannot be resolved by this Court.

5. Accordingly, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court, if so advised.
