Learned counsel for the State would submit that the grievance raised by the petitioner has already been redressed, as in pursuance of direction passed by this Court, the respondents have recalculated the panel rate and now it has reduced to the tune of Rs. 17,103/- in place of Rs. 42,729/- and the remaining amount will be deposited within 07 days, therefore, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court at this juncture. 3.
