The relief sought in this petition is for quashing of the F.I.R. dated 21.2.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 119 of 2025 under Sections 115 (2), 352, 351 (3) BNS, Police Station Iglas, District Aligarh. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that charge-sheet no. 130 of 2025 dated 16.3.2025 has been filed in the present case and, as such, the cause for filing the present writ petition no more survives. 4.
