Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has invited our attention to the prayer clause (a), which reads as under :- “a. allow the present petition and further be pleased to quash and set aside the orders passed by respondent no. 1 & 2 dated 11.01.2021 and 03.03.2021, externing the petitioner for period of 5 months;” 3. As could be seen, the petitioner has challenged the orders dated 11-1-2021 and 3-3-2021, by which he has been externed for a period of five months. Five months have passed long back.
