Heard Sri Ravindra Prakash Srivastava, learned counsel the applicant, Sri Pradeep Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been moved with a prayer to quash the entire criminal proceeding of Criminal Case No.1643 of 2013 including the charge sheet dated 18.02.2013 and cognizance order dated 18.03.2013 arising out of Case Crime No.192 of 2013, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)X of SC/ST Act, Police Station Mohana, District Siddharth Nagar, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant appears and submits that the parties have entered into a compromise. The matter pertains to dispute between neighbours, wherein F.I.R. has been registered. 4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 admitted the compromise entered into between the parties. 5. This Court vide order dated 24.02.2023 sent the compromise for verification before the court concerned. 6. The compromise has been duly verified and reported to this Court by report dated 23.01.2024 of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siddharth Nagar. 7. There is no point in getting the trial continued, when the parties have buried their differences as the star witness would not support the prosecution case. 8. In view of above, the charge sheet and the proceeding arose out of case crime number mentioned above is hereby quashed. Consequently, the proceedings of trial also quashed. 9.
