For the State : Ms. Darshana Poddar Mishra, AAG …..... 07/10.06.2025: In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for direction upon the respondent authorities to conclude the investigation of Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 227 of 2023 registered under Sections 323, 389, 504, 506 IPC. At the very outset, during course of investigation, counsel for the petitioner submits that suffice it would be if a direction be given to the respondents to conclude the investigation of the case at the earliest. Learned counsel for the State submits that the investigation is at the verge of the conclusion. Considering the aforesaid submissions, I direct the Investigating Authority to conclude the investigation of Katkamsandi P.S. Case No. 227 of 2023 at the earliest. The Supervising Authority should also ensure that the investigation will be concluded properly and a report will be submitted to the court concerned after conclusion of the investigation at the earliest without unnecessary delay.
