This is an application seeking correction of the inadvertent words written in Paragraph Nos. 5 & 6 of the connected writ petitions i.e. WP (C) 235 (AP) 2025 & WP (C) 404 (AP) 2024. Having perused the contents of the application and having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties as well as the prayer seeking correction of the words which inadvertently occurred in the petition being not objected to by Ms. P. Pangu, learned State counsel for the respondent, I deem it appropriate to allow the application.
