Heard Sri Kakumanu Joji Amrutha Raju, learned counsel for petitioner/A2 and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondenVState. 3. Perused the record. 4. Having heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the record, it is seen that on 27.08.2024, the raiding party recovered 30 kgs of ganja and arrested seven accused and it is alleged that one more accused was present at the scene, but absconded. The present petitioner is A2, seeks regular bail. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. 5. The submissions from both sides indicate that the other accused have already been granted bail. The bail petitions of the petitioner were dismissed on two earlier occasions.
