Mr. Purusuttam Roy Barman, learned senior counsel submits that the decision of the Court has been partly complied. In view of this, the petitioner is not pressing the petition further.
However, learned senior counsel submits that some liberty may be given to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for remedy, if so requires, in view of alleged part compliance of the judgment.
