01. Through the medium of the present contempt petition, the petitioner seeks implementation of the order dated 18.07.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 1894/2025, whereby a direction was issued to the respondents to allow the petitioner to work at his present place of posting.
02. In the statement of facts filed by the respondents, it has been submitted that the petitioner has been allowed to work in the same station at Udhampur as Officiating Officer Commanding, 598 (I) TPTL under HQ 35 BRTF, Serial No. 74

vide HQ 35 BRTF Order No. 201/2025 dated 15.09.2025, withholding his move to Headquarters 21 BRTF (Joshimath, Uttarakhand), therefore, there is no violation of interim order passed by this Court.
03. In view of the statement of facts filed by the respondents, it appears that the respondents have not committed any willful disobedience of the order of this Court, as such, no case is made out for proceeding against the respondents. Accordingly, the contempt proceedings are closed and the contempt petition stands disposed of.
