1. PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following order: The
learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arrayed as accused in Crime No.6 of 2025 on the file of Tenali III Town Police Station, for the alleged offences under Section 420 of I.P.C.
2. It is submitted that the complaint was filed alleging the non-payment of the amount towards supply of fish feed. It is submitted that the alleged incident took place on 08.04.2024 and a complaint was filed after eight months i.e., on
07.01.2025. The dispute between the petitioner and the 2"^^ respondent is civil in
. 2 V nature. It is submitted that the Police have issued notice under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
3. Considering the
submissions, the petitioner shall submit his reply/explanation to the notice along with relevant documents. The Police sha 1 complete investigation in accordance with provisions of Section 35(3) of ths Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and file final report/charge sheet.
4. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report/charge sheet, if required. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
