Pleader has placed a copy of the written instructions, dated 05.02.2016 and would submit that petitioner and Respondent No.4 have civil disputes with regard to the land to an extent of 0.10 cents plot with house vide Registered sale deed, dated 18.12.2007. Hence, the 4*'^ respondent filed I.A.No.2879 of 2015 in O.S.No.814 of 2015 before the Principal Junior Civil Judge Court, Ananthapur on 28.12.2015. He further submits that the 4^'^ respondent lodged complaint in the Atmakur Police Station against the petitioner stating that inspite of Court orders the petitioner tried to close the disputed Rastha by
plating Kadapa slabs which is illegal. Basing on the same, police called both the parties and advised them to approach concerned appropriate Court. 4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the appears that there is a civil dispute between the Petitioner No.4 with regard to the land to suit in O.S.No.814 of 2015 i Court, Ananthapur. As per Respondent No.3 advised them to maintain Law and Order appropriate Court to resolve their disputes.
