Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents herein not releasing and pay the total bill amounts worth of Rs. 28,00,000/- with interest to the petitioner under the grant of Neeru-Chettu Program for execution of various works as illegal arbitrary and violative of Article 14,16 and 21 of t 1 Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to release and pay the total bill amounts worth of Rs. 28,00,000/- with interest to the petitioner forth with under the grant of Neeru-Chettu Program and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to release and pay the bill amounts worth Rs.28,00,000/- with interest to the petitioner forth with under the grant of Neeru-Chettu Program pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents herein not releasing and pay the total bill amounts worth of Rs.28,00,000/- with interest to the petitioner under the grant of Neeru-Chettu Program for execution of various works as illegal arbitrary and violative of Article 14,16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondents to release and pay the total bill amounts worth of Rs.28,00,000/- with interest to the petitioner forth with under the grant of Neeru-Chettu Program and pass such other order or orders…”
2. Heard Ms. M Sumalatha, learned counsel, representing Mr. Bokka Satyanarayana Kamla, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that pending writ petition, the respondent authorities have paid the amounts due to the petitioner. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
