The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to comply the order dated:09.09.2024 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Uttara Kannada, Karwar in FST/01/2024 vide Annexure-A. 3. Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. The short controversy is about non-adherence to the order of the Deputy Commissioner, Uttara Kannada, Karwar - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:6702 WP No. 101923 of 2025 by the Deputy Director, Department of Food and Civil Supplies. The order passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Uttara Kannada, Karwar is furnished along with the Writ Petition and the same is marked as Annexure-A. The Deputy Commissioner has directed the Deputy Director, Department of Food and Civil Supplies to revisit the case of the petitioner and decide within one month. The order was made on 02.08.2024. The grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the order the first respondent has not taken steps to revisit the order and pass appropriate orders. Therefore, this Court deems it proper to direct the Deputy Director, Department of Food and Civil Supplies to complete the process as directed by the Deputy Commissioner, within one month from the receipt of the certified copy of this order. 5.
