In compliance and reference of the Hon’ble Court’s order dated 27.01.2025 in CRR No. 537 of 2024, the Second Additional Principal Family Court, Raipur has requested for extension of additional time for disposal of the pending M.C.C. Case No. 581/2023 in his request letter dated 24.07.2025. 4. On due consideration, 4 months time is granted to dispose of the said matter from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. The trial Court is directed to make all the endevour for disposal of the case within time. The trial Court is also directed to not give any unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
