The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed, by the Petitioners/Accused, seeking call for the entire records Relating to in CC.No.1001 of 2024 on the file of the 1st Additional Junior Civil Judge cum Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Chittoor, Chittoor District against Cr.No. 36 of 2024 of Yadamari Police Station, Chittoor District and quash the same against the petitioner/ Accused No.2. 2. Sri G.Krishna Prasad Royal, learned counsel for the Petitioner, would submit that the parties want to withdraw the petition and filed a letter dated 19.09.2025 in the Registry. 3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State is in attendance. 4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
