The applicant has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 528 BNSS for quashing the entire proceeding as well as judgment and order dated 11.12.2024 in Case No. 54 of 2020 (State Versus Mohit), arising out Case Crime No. 670 of 2009 under Sections 323, 504,506 IPC and 3(1) 10 SC/ST Act, Police Station-Kotwali Nagar, District-Etah, pending before the Juvenile Justice Board, Etah. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the parents of the present applicant have already been acquitted by the judgment and order dated 20.10.2018 passed by the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge S.C./S.T. Act, Etah in Sessions Trial No.652 of 2010 (State of U.P. Vs. Indrapal Singh and another). Therefore, the proceedings pending against the present applicant before the Juvenile Justice Board, Etah, being Case No.54 of 2020, may be quashed on the basis of the said judgment. 4. After due deliberation at length, learned counsel for the applicant has pressed for early disposal of the trial pending against the present applicant before the Juvenile Justice Board, Etah. 5. Learned AGA has no objection in issuing a direction for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid criminal case pending before the Juvenile Justice Board, Etah, against the present applicant. 6. In this conspectus, as above, no useful purpose would be served to keep this matter pending. Therefore, instant application is being decided finally, without making any observation on the merits of the instant matter, with a direction that Juvenile Justice Board, Etah before whom Case No.54 of 2020 is pending consideration shall make an endeavour to decide the same as early as possible, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 7.
