2025:JHHC:22751 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JHARKHAND AT RANCHI B.A. No. 3305 of 2025 Pradeep Ganjhu @ Pradip Ganjhu, S/o Andhu Ganjhu, R/o Village-Honhe, P.O. & P.S.-Tandwa, District-Chatra ..... .... Petitioner Versus The State of Jharkhand … …. Opp. Party CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GAUTAM KUMAR CHOUDHARY For the Petitioner : Ms. Anshu Kumari, Advocate For the Respondent-State : Mr. Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, APP For the Informant : Ms. Tanu Kumari, Advocate ------ Order No. 06 / Dated : 08.08.2025. Heard learned counsel for the parties. Petitioner above-named who is in custody since 27.03.2024 has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 294/2023 and Tandwa P.S. Case No. 58/2023 registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Chatra. Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected on merit thrice and the same is being renewed on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2024. Learned APP for the State assisted by the learned counsel on behalf of the informant, has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the trial is at its penultimate stage as prosecution evidence has been closed. Considering the stage of trial, I do not find any change of circumstance for renewing his prayer for bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected again.
