GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 2 respondent No.1 in interfering with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and respondent No.4 in respect of Flat No.301, NTR Towers, Chandarlapadu road, Nandigama, NTR District which is the schedule property in O.S.No.269/2025 on the file of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nandigama, NTR District demanding the petitioner to vacate from the schedule property without following due process of law as arbitrary, illegal and also in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.1 not to interfere with the civil dispute in respect of Flat No.301, NTR Towers, Chandarlapadu road, Nandigama, NTR District which is the schedule property in O.S.No.269/2025 on the file of the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nandigama, NTR District without following due process of law in the interest of justice.” 2. Recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
