pleased toPleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents particularly 4TH respondent in not allowing the petitioner to perform Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamyvari Kalyanam performed on 13.06.2025 and orally declaring that the petitioner will not be allowed in future also, though the petitioner have been performing the same on the stage of the Kalyanam in the 4TH respondent premises for the past 26 years as Ubhayam Rights Holder to perform such Kalyanam, as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, violative of principles of natural justice, and offends Articles 14, 21, 19, 25 and 28 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents particularly 4TH respondent to allow him to perform Kalyanotsavam Rituals every years successively for generations to come in future and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents, particularly 4TH respondent to allow the petitioner to perform Kalyanotsavam Rituals as Ubhayakartha in 4TH respondent temple to be performed every year, pending disposal of the main Writ Petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

Heard Smt. Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Endowments, appearing for the respondents. 3

Challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not allowing the petitioner to perform Sri Varaha Lakshmi Narasimha Swamyvari Kalyanam that was scheduled on 13.06.2025 and declaring that the petitioner would not be allowed to perform the same in future, the instant Writ Petition is filed. The Writ Petition was filed on 22.06.2025, after completion of the festival. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been performing the subject Utsavam/Kalyanam for 26 years as the holder of “Ubhayam Rights” within the 4th respondent’s temple premises. 4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that although the petitioner was permitted to participate in the Kalyanam that was conducted on the scheduled day, he refused to do participate and filed the instant Writ Petition. 5. Having regard to the relief sought by the petitioner, and since the Writ Petition was filed after completion of the scheduled Kalyanam/Utsavam, this Court does not find it appropriate to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, the petitioner is granted the liberty to approach the Endowments Tribunal to seek recognition of any available customary rights to perform the said Kalyanam/Utsavam. If the petitioner chooses not to approach the Tribunal, he is free to participate with along others in the Kalyanotsavam without any hindrance from the temple authorities. 4
