Hon'ble Anish Kumar Gupta,J. 1.The petitioners have prayed for quashing of a notice dated 07.04.2025 issued by respondent No. 3 under Section 10 of U.P. Industrial Area Development Act, 1976 and have also prayed for a restraint order against the respondents so that they may not interfere in the possession of the petitioners over Khata No. 00019, Gata No. 115, village Nalgarha, Pargana Dadri, Tehsil and District Gautam Buddha Nagar during pendency of Original Suit No. 1735 of 2024. 2. The impugned notice requires the petitioners to demolish the illegal constructions within fifteen days or file their written explanation failing which it will be assumed that the petitioners have nothing to say in the matter and accordingly, further proceedings would be held. 3. The petitioners have already submitted a detailed reply to the impugned notice on 11.04.2025. 4. Consequently, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned notice at this stage and dispose of the instant petition with direction to the respondent, Development Authority, to take decision on the reply/objection of the petitioners dated 11.04.2025 within six weeks after due notice and opportunity of hearing to them. 5.
