1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of respondent No.2 in not considering the representation dated 21.06.2022, whereby the 2nd respondent was involved in illegal business conducted by the 3rd party, which is resulting in air pollution. 2. It is submitted that the said third party is using chemicals and other material resulting in pollution. 3. The learned Standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 21.06.2022, as seen from the enclosures, and has kept quite all these months. It is submitted that on receipt of a fresh representation, the respondent authorities would be able to consider it in accordance with law. 4.
Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner to submit a fresh representation. On such submission, the respondent authorities to consider it in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
