The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sakchi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 308(3), 308(4), 351(2), 111(2)(b) & 111(3) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur. 3. On 20.08.2024, at about 01:05 p.m., Rangdari was demanded from the informant, who is Manager of Chhaganlal Dayaljee Sons Jewellers, Penar Road, Jamshedpur. 4. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Veer Singh and Abhishek Singh @ Pandit. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur in connection with Sakchi P.S.
