2 of Chhattisgarh, General Administration Department by which the petitioner who is working as Personal Assistant his services have been transferred from office of Divisional Forest Officer, Surguja to office of Divisional Forest Officer, Dhamtari without considering his representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has already preferred a representation before the respondent authority on 06.10.2025 (Annexure P/6) and he may be allowed to pursue the representation filed before the respondent authority.
3. Prayer is allowed.
4. The State is directed to examine the case of the petitioner and will pass an appropriate order in accordance with law.
5. With aforesaid direction, the present writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.
