The present appeal has been filed through legal aid, against the impugned judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 29.08.2025 passed in Sessions Trial No. 42/2024 by 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Pendra road, District-Bilaspur (C.G.) by which the applicant has convicted under Section 307 of IPC by the trial 2 court and it has been brought to the notice that the appellant has already filed an appeal s CRA No. 2075 of 2025 which is pending before this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that since the appellant has already preferred regular appeal as CRA No. 2075 of 2025 which has been filed prior to the present appeal, therefore he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal. 3. In view of the above submission, the present appeal through legal aid and which is second in nature, is not maintainable. However, appellant to pursue the regular appeal filed as CRA No. 2075 of 2025. 4. The present appeal being redundant is dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
