Ext.P2 is IA No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.212 of 2025, on the files of the Munsiff Court, Ernakulam, which is filed, seeking temporary prohibitory injunction. 2. A report was called for regarding the present status of the IA, and a report was received. It is stated that at the time of moving application, the Court did not grant an injunction and instead, an urgent notice was issued. The petitioner in the affidavit also stated that there are some arrears of rent. The application was posted to 7.3.2025, the respondent appeared on that day and sought time to file a counter affidavit. Then it was posted to 14.03.2025 to be called along with the suit. On that day, the plaintiff did not appear and was not represented. The defendants appeared and sought time for filing written statement. Now, the IA along with the suit, is posted to 03.04.2025.
