The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Godda(M) P.S. Case No.187 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 317(5) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. On 08.10.2024 at about 9:30 P.M., Godda Muffasil Police apprehended this petitioner while he was travelling on stolen motorcycle. From perusal of impugned order, it appears that petitioner is involved in three other cases of similar nature. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
