By filing the present writ application, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:

Teacher/Physical Teacher/Instructor in the concerned Units. iii) For necessary orders to the authorities concerned to keep seats vacant against the selection and appointment of the teachers in the selection/appointment Units concerned. (iv) For any other relief (s) for which the petitioners would be found entitled in the given facts and circumstances of the case. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ application, the grievance of petitioner no.1 has been redressed, but regarding petitioner no.2, he has no instruction/knowledge. 4.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to approach the appropriate forum in case the grievance of petitioner no.2 has not been redressed as yet. 5.
