ORDER:
1. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 at the behest of respondent Nos.5 and 6 are disturbing the peace of the petitioner and that they are trying to settle the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner also filed a suit vide OS.No.930 of 2022 on the file of V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Vijayawada. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner also filed IA.No.93 of 2025 in OS.No.930 of 2022 for grant of temporary injunction restraining the respondents and her men, agents and etc.. On 04.04.2025, the learned Magistrate also granted statusquo till disposal of the main suit.
3. Considering the same, the respondent Nos.3 and 4 are hereby directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and also not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents without following the due process of law. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed off. This would not preclude the Investigating Officer from filing charge sheet/final report. No costs.
4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
