GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in conducting tainted or biased investigation in FIR. No. 250 of 2022, dated 14-06-2022, on the file Guduru P.S., and the inaction of the respondents in considering the representation dated 15-06-2022 as being illegal, biased, abuse of power, violation of Art. 21 of Constitution of India, Contrary to provisions of Cr.P.C. and judicial pronouncements and consequently direct the respondents to conduct proper investigation as per law and provide security to the lives of the victims family members.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, in view of the interim order dated 06.09.2022 in I.A.No.1 of 2022 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the representation dated 15.06.2022 of the Petitioner has been considered and provided Police Picketing near the house of the Petitioner. 3. Sri O.Udaya Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation in this case has not been completed through the crime is of the year 2022 and it is a case of double murder and the Petitioner herein is the victim and also the Defacto complainant in Crime No.250 of 2022 on the file of Guduru Police Station, which is registered for the offences under Sections 302, 307 and 109 read with 34 IPC. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent No.4 is directed to take all necessary steps to protect the life and liberty of the Petitioner till the dispose of the case. However, the Investigating Officer in Crime No.250 of 2022 on the file of Guduru Police Station is directed to conclude the investigation and file a report in accordance with law as 3 expeditiously as possible but not later than one month, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
