GP FOR SCHOOL EDUCATION The Court made the following order: The short grievance of the petitioner is that despite issuing proceedings dated 03.11.2021 & 18.01.2022 by the 4th & 5th respondents, the respondent authorities concerned are not taking steps in removing the encroachments made in the Elementary School building situated in Sy.No.277 in Ajeespuram Village, Yeruvaipalli Panchayath, kanigiri Mandal, Prakasam District. 2. Heard Sri Karthik Shah, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri M.Sudhir, learned Standing counsel for the Gram Panchayat, Sri Bala Krishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Sri Chandrasekhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. Sri M.Sudhir, learned Standing counsel for the Gram Panchayat on instructions of Panchayat secretary, Yeruvaripalli Gram Panchayat submitted that as on today, there are no encroachments made in the Elementary School building as alleged by the petitioner and that if any encroachments are found, they would take steps in accordance with law. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested to record the said instructions and prayed to pass orders in that regard. 5. in view of the submission made by the learned standing counsel that there are no encroachments made in the Elementary School building as alleged by the petitioner and that if any encroachments are found, they would take steps in accordance with law, there remains nothing for adjudication and the writ petition can be disposed of. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, it is needless to observe that if any encroachments are found, the authorities concerned would take steps in accordance with law. No costs.
