GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Rambabu Koppineedi, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning and Sri Abdul Rasheed, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads & Buildings. 2. Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government, dated 15.10.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions indicate that the claim of the Writ Petitioner has been admitted with regard to the gross amount with the net amount totaling Rs.31,80,177/-. 4. Having regard to these Written Instructions, there shall be a direction to the Official Respondents to complete the entire administrative process, both inter-departmental and intra-departmental, by mutual cooperation and coordination within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from today, and to transfer the amount of Rs.31,80,177/- to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 5. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the bank account details to the Competent Authority within a period of two (02) weeks from today. 6.
