Kailashi W/o Sheojiram, R/o Gram Patoli, Tehsil Uniara, Distt. Tonk. ----Appellants Versus Bajrang Lal S/o Madho R/o Gram Patoli, Tehsil Uniara, Distt. Tonk. ----Respondent For Appellant(s) : Mr. Sandeep Jain For Respondent(s) : Mr. Nitin Jain HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA Order 01/05/2025 It is contended by the learned counsel for the respondent that the appellant No.1-Sheojiram expired on 14.11.2014 and the respondent-Bajrang Lal expired on 07.02.2015. Till date, no steps have been taken to bring their respective legal representative on record. The factum of death of the appellant No.1 and the respondent is evident from the death certificates so produced by the learned counsel for the respondent. Learned counsel for the appellants also does not dispute the factum of death. The photo-copies of the death certificates are taken on record. Since the appellant No.1 and the respondent both expired since long and no steps have been taken as yet, therefore, the present appeal is dismissed as having become abated. (MANEESH SHARMA),J Seema/35
