The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Pirtand P.S. Case No. 12 of 2023, S.T. Case No.232 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Sri Manoj Chandra Jha, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Giridih. The daughter of the informant consumed poison in the house of the petitioner, due to which, she died. It is alleged that the deceased wanted to marry the petitioner. It appears that the informant opposed their marriage due to which she left her house and came to the house of the petitioner 18 days prior to the occurrence. It was submitted that daughter of the informant had committed suicide and that she was under stress because her family was not approving her marriage with the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Manoj Chandra Jha, learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Giridih, in connection with Pirtand P.S.
