This writ petition is preferred praying for the following principal relief: - "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2/Superintendent of Police, District - Jaunpur to transfer the present matter from Police Station - Jalalpur, District Jaunpur to other Police Station or any Investigating Agency like C.B. C.I.D and conduct the investigation in the present matter i.e. First Information Report dated 26.12.2024, registered as Case Crime No. 400 of 2024, under Sections 115 (2), 309(4)of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (B.N.S.), Police Station- Jalalpur, District Jaunpur, longed by the respondent against the petitioner fairly through another of Investigating Officer of other Police Station." 5. Petitioner seeks fair investigation of the Case Crime No. 400 of 2024, under Sections 115 (2), 309 (4) of Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023 (B.N.S). 6. At present we find no good ground to issue a direction for fair investigation of the aforesaid case. Leaving it open to the petitioner to apply after the next three months, if the investigation remains pending, this writ petition stands disposed of at this stage. 7.
