The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter alia with the following prayer:- "I. To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 (Employee's Provident Fund Commissioner) to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner (make payment of provident fund, higher pension etc. And other retiral dues (benefits) as contained in the representation dated 27.08.2024 (Annexure No. 5 to this writ petition)." 2. Pursuant to order passed by this Court, instruction dated 14.05.2025 placed before this Court by Sri Jagdish Pathak, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 2, the same is taken on record. No. 12363 of 2025 titled as Veena Singh Vs EPFO and Others regarding- With reference to the above mentioned subject, it is informed that Member Veena Singh has two Member Id UP/LKO/28461/278 and MP/BPL/1050119/10781 so member have to apply online form 13 for merging the both services. After merger the both services, claimant apply the online form 19 for Final PF settlement. Final settlement of PF and 10D will be settled by Assitant PF Commissioner RO, Bhopal. Assitant PF Commissioner (RO, Lucknow) " 3. Today when the matter is taken up, it is argued by counsel for the petitioner that requirement as per the letter dated 14.05.2025 has already been complied with by the petitioner. It is further argued that the claim of petitioner for making payment of provident fund and other should be considered expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent no. 1 to take a decision in the matter in case the petitioner has fulfilled the conditions as per the letter dated 14.05.2025 expeditiously strictly in accordance with law and without granting any unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
