1. Heard, Mr. Malay Shrivastava, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1/State.
2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been acquitted by the trial Court, and therefore the present petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. -
