The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 40105 of 2024. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that vide order dated 20.05.2025, order of Writ Court has been complied with, which is not objected by learned counsel for applicant. The order has also been annexed with the compliance affidavit. The said compliance affidavit is taken on record. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. The contempt application is disposed of. Notices are discharged. Let the file be consigned to record. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by the opposite party before appropriate forum on merits.
