Learned counsel or petitioners submits that petitioners have submitted an application on 28.08.2023 seeking permission of the competent authority for sale of his ownership land. Though proceedings have been initiated on the application, however, it is not concluded and no order has been passed, therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to conclude the proceedings and pass appropriate orders at the earliest. 2. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners he is having no objection. He submits that if the proceedings initiated pursuant to the application filed by petitioners is still pending consideration, it will be decided in accordance with law. 3. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for the respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to conclude the proceedings pending before it on application submitted by petitioners on 28.08.2023 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of order. 4.
