ORDER
This Court, having noticed that learned counsel for the petitioner has been elevated as Judge of Telangana High Court, directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner. The endorsement made by the Registry shows that the notice sent to the sole petitioner was returned unserved with endorsement ‘deceased’.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
