The State of Andhra Pradesh and others ...Respondents ********** Advocate for petitioner : Sri Sasanka Bhuvanagiri Advocate for respondents : Sri D. Yatendra Dev, learned Special Government Pleader attached to the office of the learned Advocate General. CORAM : THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE CHALLA GUNARANJAN DATE : 12th November 2025 P C : In the earlier round of litigation in W.P(PIL).No.196 of 2024, this Court had directed the Principal Secretary, Revenue Department as also the Collector, Tirupati District to pass a detailed speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner in regard to the alleged illegal mutations of Government Land in favour of private respondent Nos.7 to 9. 2. Based upon the directions issued in W.P(PIL).No.196 of 2024, a detailed order has been passed by the Special Chief Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh vide his order dated 12.02.2025 wherein it is clearly stated that the petitioner had failed to adduce any evidence to substantiate his claim 2 that the mutations in question were illegally procured or that the land was owned by the Government. It is also recorded in the order which is challenged in the present petition that the petitioner had failed to adduce any evidence to substantiate his claim as was stated in the representation. 3. The issue, in our opinion, has been considered and a conclusion arrived at which belies the allegations of the petitioner. We do not find any merit to issue any further directions in this regard. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (PIL) is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR, CJ CHALLA GUNARANJAN, J AMD 3 07 HON’BLE MR.
