Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merits vide order dated 20.09.2024 passed in B.A. No.5645 of 2024. Petitioner above-named who is in custody has renewed his prayer before this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with in connection with Bhandariya [Garhwa] P.S. Case No.12 of 2024 registered under Sections 302 & 201 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard the parties. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that out of ten charge-sheeted witnesses, six witnesses have already been examined and the petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2024. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer. I do not find any change of circumstance to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly the same is again rejected.
