learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the of land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.0.32

The absolute owner and possessor cents in Survey No. 240/4P, situated at Tiruchanuru Revenue Village, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Tirupati District and having acquired the subejct property from of the original inamdar, since then the petitioner has been in and enjoyment of the subject property. A Ryotwari the legal heirs continuous possession under the provisions of the A.P. Inams patta was issued to the petitioner (Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1956. in respect of the subject land in the year 2013. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted an application dated 27.06.2022 through the Spandana portal to the respondent authorities. requesting for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the despite receipt of the application dated authorities neither considered nor issued any subject property. IS 3 The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, submits that if the petitioner submits a Form-6A application for mutation of his name in the revenue records in respect of the subject property, the respondent authorities will consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a reasonable time.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and on perusal of the material placed on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the present Writ Petition can be
disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit an application in Form N0.6A seeking for mutation of his name in the revenue records, within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation/application of the petitioner, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and, after issuing notice to the other legal heirs of the petitioner in respect of the subject property and any other stakeholders, including those claiming rights by way of tenancy, encroachment, or occupation, and after having detailed enquiry and pass appropriate orders under provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 within a period of three (03) months.
