ORDER: The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short Cr.P.C.”) has been filed by the Petitioners/ Accused Nos.1 & 2, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against them in C.C.No. 8 of 2020 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, ^ Naidupet. Heard Sri T.Ramakoteswara Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf
2. of the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petition may be disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners and dispense with the presence of the petitioner No.2/A-2 before the Trial Court.
3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Criminal petition is disposed of without causing any prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioners. However, the presence of the petitioner No.2/A-2 before the Trial Court is dispensed with unless her presence is specifically directed by the Trial Court.

3 However, the petitionersare at liberty to raise all the contentions before the Trial Court in their defence. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
