This habeas corpus petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking custody of the corpus-his daughter. 2. Today the concerned police officials have produced the corpus before us and submitted the report dated 03.07.2025, according to which, the date of birth of the corpus is 29.08.2009, [2025:RJ-JP:24409-DB] (2 of 2) [HC-25/2025] which has not been disputed either by counsel for the petitioner or by learned Government Advocate-cum-Additional Advocate General. Thus, the corpus is a minor girl. 3. We have interacted with the corpus, who firmly states before this Court that she does not want to go with her father-the petitioner and she is ready to stay in Rajkiya Balika Grah, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the age of corpus which is below 16 years, we deem it proper to direct the concerned police officials, who are present today in the Court to admit the corpus in Rajkiya Balika Grah, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur, who will remain there till she attains the age of majority. However, if during the intervening period, the corpus wishes to go with her parents, she may be sent with them after necessary verification. Superintendent, Rajkiya Balika Grah, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur is directed not to permit anyone else to meet the corpus other than her parents. 5. In this view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands disposed of accordingly. The parents of the corpus are at liberty to meet the corpus as per Rules in Rajkiya Balika Grah, Gandhi Nagar, Jaipur. 6.
