  2. As per report dated 17.09.2025 received from Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Zira, parties did not appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded. 3. It seems that the compromise between the parties is not materialized. 4. Dismissed at this stage with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when the compromise is materialized.
