The present criminal revision has been filed by the applicant seeking following relief: “It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this revision and the impugned dated 11/9/2014 ANNEXURE P/1 passed by the Judge, Family Court (Camp Court), Katghora, District Korba (C.G.) in M.J.C. No. 11/2013 may kindly be quashed and the petitioner may kindly be granted maintenance at the rate of Rs.3,000/- per month of petitioner No.1 and also enhanced the amount of maintenance of Rs.2000/- for respondent No.2, in the interest of justice.” 3. From perusal of the impugned orders and materials available on records, it transpires that these matter relate to year 2014 and till date no interim order has been passed and today when the matter is called out, none appeared on behalf of the applicant, as such, this Court is of the view that the applicant has lost interest in pursuing the matter due to efflux of time. 4. Accordingly, the present criminal revision is dismissed on this ground alone. 5. OfÏce is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court for necessary information and compliance.
